I'm a bit confused by your post.
I presume that you have installed MOSS 2007 on a server running Windows Server 2003 and that you now are having problems with your client system running something else. In that case it would seem far-fetched to blame the problems you are having with MOSS
2007.
The only possible explanation seems to be that you have installed MOSS 2007 on a client system running Windows Server 2003 and that you are now having problems doing these things with that client system. However surely MOSS 2007 is not a suitable addition
to a normal client system even if it is running Windows Server.
MOSS 2007 is a big system that should be installed on servers (typical serverS not server) running nothing else. If you have installed MOSS 2007 on your client PC, you should *in addition* get yourself a new client PC and use the old client PC only for MOSS
2007.
