  • Hi SCSM Team,

    I have configures sm console in test server in Demalatirsed zone.

    In the sm  server, i have logged as Domiain Admin.

    If i sent mail to helpdesk admin from my email addres, then case is raising the Service Manager console.

    But the case id is not coming Automatically int the iNbox.

    I have configured Subcriptioni ,Email tempalte,Notificatins successfully.

    But the case id is not coming to Mail box.

    somedoy told, Work Flow account should have Permission to processs the case id to send to the mail inbox.

    I dont know,what Permissionas i have to assigne.

    In the DMZ site, i have configured 3 servers.

    1)DC

    2)Exchange server 2013.

    3)Scsm.

    Even am facing with a problem with Exchange Configuration 3.1

    Finally i have configured ScUtils  connector,but the case id is not coming Automatically into the Inbox.

    I need Tremendous help for the above said issue.

    Because i have completed the SCSM upto 90%.

    The remaining 10% is pending.

    If its 100% done, then i will make it Production.

    If anyone take Teamviewer, that would be great.

  • You might follow the guidance from the deployment guide (SM2012_EC_DepGuide.docx) which is provided with the exchange connector (http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=45291), as it includes detailed instructions for granting impersonation permissions to the workflow account such that it can read messages from the designated mailbox.

    I have installed ScUtil connector & test passed.

    Logged into SM pc as Domain Admin.

    If I sent a mail to scsm@sm.local to scsm@sm.local, then case is raising in the Service Manager console.

    But the case id is not coming Automatically to the Sednrs email id (scsm@sm.local)

    I have configured Templates,subscriptions aw well.

    Please suggest me on this.

  • Hi Hari,

    The trial period for SCUtils Email Connector you installed has expired at the moment. But the issue with the notifications are related to your Exchange settings as I wrote you.
