This file does not have a program associated with it to perform this action. Please install the program or, if it is installed, create the association in the Default Programs control panel.

this message always appears every time I press "change adapter settings"

Please help me. i am using windows 10

You could try the solution provided in another post, see the solution below.

Download the following update: 3081424.

Then download the utility Microsoft Troubleshooter to fix it, http://aka.ms/diag_settings
