  • Hi luk02,

Welcome to post in our forum.

Would you please tell us did the issue only appeared on the specific user or all users had this issue?

If the issue only appeared on the specific user, please try to compare the user attribute in AD between the affected user and other normal users.
If all users had the issue, please try to check the configuration steps for SFB and Exchange integration, please refer to https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/jj688098.aspx?f=255&MSPPError=-2147217396

You have mentioned that you can’t see skype icon, no option to manage contacts, start conversation, is that the following options in the picture?

If so, you could go to the “people” option to send IM to others, for details, please refer to https://support.office.com/en-us/article/IM-in-Outlook-Web-App-20e80ef4-3464-4d56-b7ba-01e6c451fde4?ui=en-US&rs=en-US&ad=US

  • Hello Alice,

I was referring to somthing like this , but as I see it is (probably) available only to o365 version ?

The way you showed is working - thanks for that!

Is it possible to have view/functionality as showed in link above ?

    Thanks.

  • Hi luk02,

    Thanks for you response.

    Yes, agree with Off2work.

The skype icon you mentioned, you can only use it in SFB online, if your environment is SFB on premise, there is no skype icon in OWA, but as a workaround, you could use the option I mentioned above.

For this issue, you could provide a feedback, we will collect all your feedback and improve our product.

    Thanks for your understanding.
