unknown error on trying to install win10

Question
-
the system i am trying to upgrade to win10 has win7ultimate on it.
it was upgraded from windows vista.
so i do not know if that is the problem.
have tried several times to upgraded all fail with the same error.
the system has only 2GB HDD and a usb mouse. so there is nothing i can disconnected from it.
any help would be grateful

To upgrade to Windows 10, we need at least 15 GB free space on your system drive.
For the other aspects fo the Windows 10 system requirements, please check:
