  • Hi,

What error message did you receive when you logout?

Is that specific user had the issue?

It appeared in the specific network environment?

Which product did you use for reverse proxy?

For this issue, please use the latest version of SFB mobile client, and also make sure your IOS version is the latest.

Also, please test with another network check if there are any issues.

    Best Regards,
    Alice Wang

  • Thanks for your response.

Because the issue only appeared on the specific client, it may be a client or account issue

Please try to update your SFB mobile client version

Moreover, please run the command: Get-CsUser, then compare the user attribute between the affected user and other normal users.

    Best Regards,
