Adobe Reader save to Desktop of user not administrator RRS feed

  • Question

  • Adobe Reader had to be installed by the administrator, so when a user goes to save a document to the desktop, it saves to the desktop of the administrator not the desktop of the user.  How can that be corrected?

  • This is not a common behaviour, if Adobe is not executed under Administrator's account.
If user change location, where he wants to save his data (e.g. c:\users\someone\desktop) - do windows remember this setting?
