  • I cannot open mail inbox or a link which as been sent why.

  • Windows 7 does not have an email application.  You must use an optional email package for that feature and support is provided by the email publisher.

    Do you have an email application installed?  If so, what is the name of the application?

  • try to elaborate your problem so that others can understand a lil more and they can help you easily. By the way windows 7 doesnot have any default mail client installed
