  • hi everyone hope u ok .. i am new in service manager 2012 .. when i create a new incident i fill the affected user and the assigned to fields and all the other fields then an email will be sent to both users, the problem is when i re-assign the ticket to another user (by deleting the assigned to or the affected user and put the new users) no mails will be generated for the new users !! so thats my problem and thank you all :)
