Can you open regedit or a command prompt?
Browse to c:\windows\regedit.exe and right click and choose
Run As Administrator.
Browse to HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\.exe and make sure the default value is
exefile.
Browse to HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\exefile\shell\open\command and the default value is set to "%1" %*.

I have problem opening most of the files in my local disk.it says the location of C:\Windows\System32\Config\SystemProfile\Desktop
is unavailable.when i tried to open a file it says,the file is not accessible.Help.
