  • You go to the Lenovo support website and download the Bluetooth drive published by Lenovo for your Lenovo product and you install the driver.

Refer to you owner manual for assistance.

  • Hi shuvo8645.

You have to check the driver in the Lenovo Support site or contact the Lenovo Support Service and ask for assistance; I also suggest you to read the thread at https://forums.lenovo.com/t5/Windows-8-1-8-7-Vista-and-XP/X61-Windows-7-Bluetooth-driver-requested/td-p/130622.

    Bye.

  • If you are still having problems with this driver you can run this administrative command prompt command which will collect files to the desktop.  Then use 7zip or similar software to post the files into the thread.

Make sure the default language is English so that the logs can be scanned and read.

    https://www.tenforums.com/tutorials/3813-language-add-remove-change-windows-10-a.html

The command will automatically collect the computer files and place them on the desktop.

Then use one drive or drop box to place share links into the thread for troubleshooting.

This command will automatically collect these files:  msinfo32, dxdiag, mini dumps, drivers, hosts, install, uninstall, services, startup, event viewer files, etc.

Open administrative command prompt and copy and paste the whole command:

    copy %SystemRoot%\minidump\*.dmp "%USERPROFILE%\Desktop\"&dxdiag /t %Temp%\dxdiag.txt&copy %Temp%\dxdiag.txt "%USERPROFILE%\Desktop\SFdebugFiles\"&type %SystemRoot%\System32\drivers\etc\hosts >> "%USERPROFILE%\Desktop\hosts.txt"&systeminfo > "%USERPROFILE%\Desktop\systeminfo.txt"&driverquery /v > "%USERPROFILE%\Desktop\drivers.txt" &msinfo32 /nfo "%USERPROFILE%\Desktop\msinfo32.nfo"&wevtutil qe System /f:text > "%USERPROFILE%\Desktop\eventlog.txt"&reg export HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall "%USERPROFILE%\Desktop\uninstall.txt"&reg export "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Active Setup\Installed Components" "%USERPROFILE%\Desktop\installed.txt"&net start > "%USERPROFILE%\Desktop\services.txt"&REM wmic startup list full /format:htable >"%USERPROFILE%\Desktop\startup.html"&wmic STARTUP GET Caption, Command, User >"%USERPROFILE%\Desktop\startup.txt"

It seems the problem he is having is the Bluetooth driver has not been installed, so it would be quite difficult to determine what's wrong without the driver being installed.

  • R T F M,

The above files are useful to find problem devices when drivers are not installed.

If the OP can post the files then there will be information about the installed drivers and problem devices.

This is a new one on me.  I never heard of being able to diagnose a problem that didn't exist.  Guess I'll have to go back to school to learn this revolutionary technique!

  • Apparently NO ONE is reading the OP's post.

He plainly states "please help me to download Bluetooth Peripheral Device Driver......"

No where in the post does it mention anything about a Bluetooth problem!
