Healthvault Connection Center not starting after Windows 10 - have to reinstall after every re-boot RRS feed

  • Question

  • Since upgrading to Windows 10 from 8.1, Healthvault Connection Center does not load automatically on reboot nor will it start after double-clicking.  No error messages in Event Viewer.  It is listed in the STARTUP tab of Task Manager but no icon appears in the active hidden icons pop up box.  Double clicking the icon does nothing - however I do see Connection Center in the Task Manager active applications after double clicking.  The only way to get it to work is to reinstall it.  Then it works fine until the next re-boot.  Please fix.  Thanks

  • I'm having the same problems.  Any update on this issue?  Will HealthVault ever be supported on Windows 10?  If not can you recommend something else?

  • Since I originally posted this, it is now working for me.  There was no fix on my end - it "suddenly" started working as it should and re-starts after re-boot, etc.  Wish I had a better explanation - or any explanation at all besides it used to not work, I posted here, now it does work.  Good luck.
