HELP, need access to my Volume Licensing RRS feed

  • I have currently had a DC failure and need to rebuild.  When I went to log in, the two form factor message pops up.  I check my phone and it says that I have not added the account to the Authenticator.  I had to change out my phone recently and I believe that is the problem.  When I selected to send a code to my phone, it says that I need to wait 30 days before I get the code.  I really need to get into my account.  Is there any other way to open it?

    Do you mean you are use on-prem MFA server?

    If yes, maybe you can disable MFA for your account.
