Only partial (1/4) of screen shows when sharing RRS feed

  • I have a user running Skype for Business 2016. When he shares his screen, only 1/4 of it is visible.

    Anyone else have something similar and a way to resolve?

  • There's an option to adjust the zoom level on the content you are seeing . See 'Change view' in this support page

    Did you mean this issue occur on the specific user?
    Have you rebuild user SFB profile on a different PC to have a test?

    In addition to above suggestions, please do the following steps for troubleshooting:

    1. Rebuild his SFB profile if this issue just occur on specific PC
    2. Use different account on this PC to have a test
    3. Update the monitor driver to the latest
    4. Update SFB 2016 client to the latest

  • Would suggest to check the check the recommended resolution to be selected on windows machine or a similar configuration of an identical machine. You might also want to make sure the "Change the size of text,apps and other items to be configured at 100%.

  • I have exactly the same problem with different people/computers who are sharing their screen with me through Skype for Business

    I tried to resize, change the views but it does not help. The maximum I can see is 1/4 (the top left half) of the shared screen.

    The other participants see the total screen.

  • I face the exact same issue. Tried to re-start SfB but didn't help.

    Can this be caused by changing screen sizes when laptop is docked to multi-screen or mobile on embeded screen only?
