What is your topology in the environment?
Is the call between internal users normal?
If you have deployed the edge server, we recommend you check again the edge configuration about A/V Edge ports: 3478(UDP),443(TCP),50000-59999(UDP/TCP) by running telnet command. Edge Server can help external users who aren’t logged
into your organization’s internal network to be able to interact with internal users. It provides three external service, the A/V Edge service provide a way for your internal users to share audio and video with external users.
Besides, you can also check if you have some error logs in your server to narrow down this issue.
