Outlook Signature pop-up screen doesn't pop up RRS feed

    In my outlook 2010 i am trying to change my signature, but the pop=up screen doenn't appear when selecting signatures in the e-mail options for Outlook screen. Also nothing happens when schoosing any other button in the e-mail options set up messages section.

    Please tell me how to reset the function of these buttons or any other solution to access my signature settings.

    Also trying to open them from a new e-mail doesn't work,

    Hi,

    Please test if you can open it in Safe Mode:

    Press Win + R and type “outlook.exe /safe” in the blank box, then press Enter.
    If there’s no problem in Safe Mode, disable the suspicious add-ins to verify which add-ins caused this issue.

    Apart from signatures, what other buttons can't you use? It would be preferred if you could provide a screenshot of the section and the buttons. You may upload the screenshot to SkyDrive and share it via a link:https://skydrive.live.com/
