How Can We Auto-Approve RRS feed

  • Question

Its becomming quite a task for us to sift through and manually approve workstations.

Is there a way to automatically approve?  And if so, does anyone know where the setting can be found?

  • The schema was extended...and auto detect site from the clients works. Is this what you mean by publish?

  • Are you publishing the FQDN of the MP? That is a requirement. Outside that, I don't know of anything. I don't know if the Integrated Windows Authentication issue is relevant if you have this set to automatically approve all clients (my guess would have been not).

check the locationservice.log in one if the client.

it has to display retrevied management point as full FQDN of the MP

    or else

check the under the  system system component properties it will way the intranet FQDN

  • And did you have the "Automatically approve all clients" set before you installed the clients? Or did you see them install, not get approved, and then change it later expecting us to them do the approval?
