Set default printer options

I was wondering if you could help me with a MS Word 2016 challenge I have just now please? Do you know how I can get Word to always automatically revert back to the default printing setting after I print a document? I often find that when I select the letterhead tray to print out a letter the next document I print out comes out on letterhead too.

I'm afraid it's the expected behavior. You may need to use a macro to change the behavior:

Print settings are retained for the current session of Word, as I'm sure you have already noticed. An easy workaround is to just exit and restart Word.
