APP CRASH Adobe Reader RRS feed

  • Question

  • I keep getting errors this morning from users that are logged on and trying to open a PDF.  I can have them reboot and that fixes the error, but I am wondering if there is some other known issue since this has happened to 4 users in my group.  Here are the errors:

  • Hi,

Since your issue is related to Adobe Reader, we would like to suggest you contact Adobe Reaeder to solve it due to Adobe Reader is not managed by Microsoft.

In addition to that, you could try to reinstall the Adobe Reaeder to test. Rember clear the data about the software in "%Appdata%" after you uninstall it. Disable anti-virus software incuding Windows Denfender to check the issue.

Wish you have a nice day.

    Best Regards,

    Simon
