SCSM 2012 - How can I stop affected users from replying to closed incidents RRS feed

  • Hi,

    I am able to send email notifications to affected users once an incident is closed but the users reply to closed incidents. How can i send a notification to an affected user that the incident has been closed and cannot be re-oped.

  • Perhaps, SMlets and a custom powershell script might be the way to go.

    will be a interesting journey for you.
