    Referring to following link, I would like to know on how to code powershell to download file, which require username without password.

    Download link with username

    ftp://shortstock: @ftp3.interactivebrokers.com

    Download file:

    ftp://shortstock:%20@ftp3.interactivebrokers.com/spain.txt

    Does anyone have any suggestions?
