hi all,
my company is using exchange server, in before I added account with mac outlook and it works fine. I have to type the email address, username (which is staff id) and password.
now my colleagues come up with a window notebook with window version outlook 2016, I have no place to type in the username which is supposed to be the staff id. I can add his account with my mac but not in the windows so it is not the server problem.
(the following picture is mac example, I have a place to enter username which is my staff id instead of email address)
