unable to log in windows 10 RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hi,

I reset my windows 10 laptop.

I am unable to log in after that when I select advance option than there is one message pop up like "There aren't any administration account log in before, you need to sign in as an administrator to continue"

I tried running "windows + R " command but system is not allowing me.

I tried logging in windows with other log in ID but in-vain.

So, please let me know how shall I get into my laptop.

    Thanks in anticipation

  • Hi,

Since you can’t access that on your system, I suggest you to go to Windows Recovery Environment and use the Command Prompt from there, which is elevated and enable the hidden admin on the system to check if it helps.

    Follow the below steps below:

    1. After you boot your computer using Windows DVD or System Repair Disc, a black screen appears with gray text "Press any key to boot from CD or DVD". Press any key.
    2. Select Troubleshoot.
    3. Go to Advanced Options.
    4. Select Command Prompt.
    5. Type net user Administrator /active:yes
    6. Hit Enter.

Now reboot your computer and try to login with your local Administrator.

    Best regards,
