Can we view the hours charged in Timesheet against the Administrative Time Category in reports? or MPP 2013? RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hi,

Where can I see the hours charged in the MSPS timesheet against the Administrative Time Category in Microsoft Project Professional 2013? Can I view this time in any MSPS reports?

  • Hi,

As far as I remember, when you open MS Project checking the option "load resources summary assignments", in the resource usage view, you'll find a "other projects and commitments" section for assignments on other projects. You'll also should find a "my timesheet" line for administrative lines. That being said, you'll not get the detail of those administrative times.

This would rather be for project managers for their resources on their projects. More admin or consolidation purprise, you could rather create a report on timesheets. The Reporting tables contain time entered against administrative lines.

    Hope this helps,
