  • I have a couple of question related to new Voice setup for S4B 2015.

    We got the gateway added and can call now using Skype to fones (Cisco)

    Q:I need to enable S4B click to call from within outlook , IE, Chrome etc ( what is the best way to do this) 

    Q:How can we enable enterprise Voice /Dialplan/Policy for all the AD users

    Based on my research, the IE is better, because the click to call achieved by Microsoft Dynamics CRM. Microsoft Dynamics CRM support the browser like the following link

    #Enable All Lync Users Enterprise Voice And Assign A LineURI to them

    $GetUsers=get-CsUser -Identity "* *" -OU "OU=Test,dc=contoso,dc=com" $LineNum=862112345678 foreach($User in $GetUsers) { $DN=$User.DisplayName $LineURI="+"+$LineNum Set-CsUser -Identity $DN -EnterpriseVoiceEnabled $True -LineURI TEL:$LineURI $LIneNum++ }

    How can we enable Dialplan/Policy?

    You could set the dial-plan/ Policy to the Global,like the following screenshot.

  • Have you deployed enterprise voice (mediation server) in your SFB topology?
