  • Hi,

    If you are done with federation already( required ports open and federation enabled topology ) then

    you need to add skype in your control panel federation access,

    and enabled user for external access.

    Agree with Muralidharan.R.

    As a supplement, for SFB and skype integration, you need to register Public Instant Messaging Connectivity(PIC).

    This provisioning process can take up to thirty days to complete. If the Provisioning is finished, you'll get a notification mail from Microsoft.

    You need also make sure that port 5061 and 4443 open.
