We couldn't find this skype meeting RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hi,

We have user create a new meeting space meeting, when they join the meeting, the client showed "we couldn't find this skype meeting."

They just migrated from lync 2010 to skype for business. The conference directory and user data is migrated success.

This meeting is created before the migration to Skype platform the user is moved to skype when create this meeting. They have another Old lync 2010 regular meetings they still can join normally.

Any advise? Conference DB has not migrated fully? some DB going wrong?

    Thanks.

  • Hi Mick,

    Thanks for your confirmation.

I agree with you, because the issue just appeared on the specific conference, so it may be caused by the expired conference IDs, because conference IDs Conferencing IDs will not lasting forever.

  • Hi Mick,

In order to narrow down the issue, please help us confirm the following questions:

Did this issue only appear on the specific user or all users ?

Please schedule a new meeting check if there is the same issue.

For SFB client, please try to delete cache files and install the latest update for it, then test again.

For SFB server side, please check if there are event IDs.

  • Hi Alex,

Did this issue only appear on the specific user or all users ? Only specific user.

Please schedule a new meeting check if there is the same issue.   No issue with new meeting, it is new meeting space.

For SFB server side, please check if there are event IDs. Server side no join error .

I suspected the meeting is expired and DB doesn't have this conference record.

    Thanks.
