Hello! Are there any billing solutions designed for Microsoft Lync Server 2010? We need to see names of users, called numbers, duration of calls (per month or week), calculate the price of calls. Has anyone deployed such solution?

hi there,
You can look at developing something off the back of the SQL reports from the monitoring server, which is doable but will require a bit of work.
Or you can look at a third party option, I haven't used any personally but I know MindCTI do one http://www.mindcti.com/

Hi, we also have a Lync Call Billing Solution that is Multi Tenant from the ground up and based around using MS Dynamics CRM as the reporting and processing engine. Designed for the needs of a Hosting company offerring Lync with multiple SIP providers. Also gets around the Lync Referred by caller ID issue that most Telco's dont deal with.

Bit late but here's a free one I wrote - http://www.lync.geek.nz/2014/03/lync-call-accounting-for-user-or.html. The next version will be able to calculate call costs from a CSV price list provided by your telco.
