It has just starting appearing when I boot and my desktop builds.  The only thing new is that I installed an RCA Lyra MP3 that plugs-in via USB to download music onto.  Part of the software for that is something called "RCA Detective" which loads on start-up.  I removed it from startup and still get the prompt.  I ran Malwarebytes and nothing was found...ran a full scan of Trend Anti-virus and nothing was found.  I can hit "cancel" on the screen and everything appears to run fine.....it's just weird that it just started coming up.  Could it have anything to do with an MS update?  Has anyone else had this happen?  Any ideas, thoughts, or suggestions.  Thanks in advance for any help....Bill Gibbs

  • Justohelp,  That is a great program!  The culprit was my "Easy Dock" setting on the RCA Lyra.  Unchecked it...re-booted and all is well.  I think it came down to at some point in the installation, I was prompted to enter my first name.  It was looking for a "user" with my first name and I use my first and last name as my username.  The program was looking for a user who didn't exist.  Thanks for your prompt and VERY informative reply....Bill G
