It has just starting appearing when I boot and my desktop builds. The only thing new is that I installed an RCA Lyra MP3 that plugs-in via USB to download music onto. Part of the software for that is something called "RCA Detective" which loads
on start-up. I removed it from startup and still get the prompt. I ran Malwarebytes and nothing was found...ran a full scan of Trend Anti-virus and nothing was found. I can hit "cancel" on the screen and everything appears to run fine.....it's
just weird that it just started coming up. Could it have anything to do with an MS update? Has anyone else had this happen? Any ideas, thoughts, or suggestions. Thanks in advance for any help....Bill Gibbs
