  • Hi,

    Bug Check 0xD1: DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

This indicates that a kernel-mode driver attempted to access pageable memory at a process IRQL that was too high.

  • Hi,

According to the dump file, I notice the usbuhci.sys is the root cause. This is related to USB driver in the system.

To troubleshoot this issue, please first update BIOS and all device drivers from manufacturer's website.

If it persists, please un-plug USB devices active on your computer including the keyboard and mouse to check the BSOD issue. If the BSOD disappears, please plug the devices one by one to find out the root cause.

If it persists, please test it in Safe Mode.

    Regards,

    Simida
