550 5.7.511 Access denied, banned sender RRS feed

  • Let me start of by saying I am not a Microsoft customer.

    I run a small webhosting company. And my server can no longer send mails to Office 365 mails

    When i try to send an email, I get a NDR telling me to write to delist@messaging.microsoft.com in order to get removed from the blacklist. However if i try to write to this email, i also get an NDR.

    I've been talking for a couple of hours with the Danish Microsoft Team, and they are unable to help me. They game me these linksform:

    None of which helped me. They also told me that they did not have a phone number for the delisting department, so i am stuck again.

    I had a collegue who has a Office 365 account, so he was able to start a support ticket. This has resulted in a person from Microsoft working on it aswell. Its been 2 weeks now since we got blacklisted, and still no results. Anybody experienced the same?

  • Hello Lundco,

    We're having the same exact problem. Microsoft is sending us in circles. This started about 45 days ago when we upgraded our VPS and were given new IP addresses. Prior to that, we had no problem. Self-serve de-listing seems to do nothing and nobody seems able or willing to help. We're just a small PR firm and can't reach some clients. Have you solved the problem?
