    Do we have any powers hell cmdlets to check when customer changed the retention policy for specific folder in outlook

    For Exchange online please post in the Exchange online forum.

    The answer to your specific question is "no" there are no CmdLets that do that.  You would have to learn to run log reports  if that has been made available to your portal.

    Posting in the corr4ect forum would get you a better answer faster.
