Before moving on, it is recommend that you contact manufacturer to check whether this software was designed for Windows Vista, and whether you are using the latest version.
If you don’t have any problem on products’ side, let’s perform the following suggestions to troubleshoot this issue.
Suggestion 1: Run it as administrator

Please find the Netflix Movie Viewer setup file, right click it, and choose “Run it as administrator” to install it.
Suggestion 2: Disable UAC.

Note: Disabling UAC will lead to a less secure system, so please enable it after troubleshooting.
1. Open up Control Panel, and type in "UAC" into the search box. You'll see a link for "Turn User Account Control (UAC) on or off":
2. On the next screen you should uncheck the box for "Use User Account Control (UAC)", and then click on the OK button.
3. Reboot the computer to test this issue.
