Gmail calendar not syncing RRS feed

  • I have a client who is an Insider Fast subscriber and only less than 25% of his calendar events are populating within Outlook. Any advice on how to proceed? This seems like a very large bug.

    Before going further, could you please provide the detailed version information of the user's Outlook then we can do further research on this?
    Did the user add his Google Calendar using an Internet Calendar (iCal) Subscription?

    Please try to subscribe to the Google Calendar again and see if there will be any improvement. If this issue persists, please feel free to post back with more details so that our community members can help you better.
