DUI70.dll RRS feed

  • Question

  • I keep getting an error message telling me that the DUI70.dll in the SYS32 folder is corrupt - I have been searching for a way to repair it as it is causing issues with a multitude of programs, to include printer/scanner.  All I see re fixes using the WINDOWS 7 disk - well, this system is only 4 months old and I don't have a disk - it came pre-loaded.  I have run all updates, upgraded to IE 9 and am at a complete loss.  Please someone tell me, in layman terms how I can fix this issue.  I though to try and remove the file and let windows grab it again but, I don't have permissions to touch this file.  I am soooooo frustrated with this.

  • Hello

DUI70.dll belongs to Windows DirectUI Engine.

Try to run sfc /scannow and check if this solve your problem.
