  • The info you are referring to states that the crash is happening in third party software, not in Windows or anyt of its executables itself. Fortunately Microsoft do provide very good means for developers to get this appcrash information and to take action on it, i.e. creating a patch for the software. Unfortunately far from all developers participate in Windows Error Reporting on the backend which means to be on the safe side you should contact the vendor of this particular software to get support and a fix.

Test the RAM and if the RAM is ok, contact the creator of the tool

Such snakeoil programs doesn't fix anything. They only damage your Windows!

Have you made a RAMTest with memtest86+?

If you used programs like those you mention, you are fortunate that
the problems only remain unresolved. Such programs are all snake oil,
and are much more likely to make problems worse than to fix them.

  • Hi, this issue can be caused by third party program. I suggest testing it in Clean Boot mode first.

If it persists, try following tool to remove third party extension:

    ShellExView:

this replay can't help. Like I told you, contact the support of the game. This is a NULL Pointer dereference inside the game. This must be fixed by the developers. We can't fix it!
