this is for sql 2005 express running on XP sp3. the error pops up during the shutdown process or when machine was in idle.
The error is
sqlservr.exe - application error
the instruction at 0x77e760dd referenced memory at 0x000000, the memory could not be read.
click on ok to terminate the program
clock on cancel to debug the program.
I search over the net, people reported same error, but no actually resolution for it.
Need some advise here to get thing going.
