  • Hello PaulMosse,

Did you install Microsoft SQL Server Management Objects Collection on Project Server?

    Thanks,

  • Hi there,

What is the full error? Do you see any errors on the SQL / AS box? Have you checked all of the settings mentioned here:

    http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc197263(office.12).aspx

    Thanks

    Paul

No errors on the SQL box

According to control panel - MO package is 9.0040.35

    As far as:

    http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc197263(office.12).aspx

Yes, the login account for the Proj Q service is in the Analysis security section.  It is also the account that is running the Application Pools

And the DSO I can't screw up.  I choose the server and the db, using Native SQL to connect.  I even deleted them and recreated them.

  • Ok, I jsut changed the SSP Admin account to my Domain Admin and changed the Project Q service account to my domain admin and the Cube build completes.

Previously the accounts were NT Authority\Network Service, this worked fine on our old setup, but doesn't work now.  So somewhere it is failing with that Account

  • Hi there,

I would create another domain account and use that rather than a domain admin account.

    Thanks

    Paul
