Win10 1703 to 1803 TS Upgrade - winpeshl.ini error RRS feed

  • Question

  • Downloaded the new Win10 1803 ISO, mounted, copied to folder and created the Operation System Upgrade Package from it.  I created a Upgrade Task Sequence, run it on a Win10 1703 and 1709 VM, both come up with this error: Winpeshl.ini file is present, but no command were successfully launched

I spoke with my MS Account rep, said there is a problem with the ISO version SW_DVD9_Win_Pro_Ent_Edu_N_10_1803_64BIT_English_-3_MLF_X21-82160.iso.  He then spoke with his folks and said that they reverted back to the previous version that didn't have that issue.  So I downloaded the older version SW_DVD5_Win_Pro_Ent_Edu_N_10_1803_64BIT_English_-2_MLF_X21-79647.ISO, but having the same exact issue.  Any word on when this will be fixed?  The Software Update to the new 1803 feature works, but we've had mixed results with it.
