How to send Disturbance/Maintenance Email to many customers using template?? RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hi,

I am working on a project to find a better solution for our customer, to keep them informed about our upcoming maintenance and/or disturbance, per email template.

The usual Email (from Outlook & Exchange) will not work for us, (we use to send it that way) but after years doing it with Outlook template, we switched to Sharepoint 2010 and now 2013, and custom made template in sharepoint.

We need to use it by 4 Teams, in Europe/USA/MX/China, and across the globe to have standardized template for all of our customers.

Which application, program, or any/all other solution are you guys/girls using in your company's to send mass email and inform your customer's in a matter of few minutes.

Please share your solution with me and let me know.

    Thanks in advance.

  • Hi,

Often we send using a web marketing portal, which enables us to be spam free.

    Try looking out at

alternative solution will be, creating a generic email account from your exchange and send the preventive maintenance message to all users including customers.. parked all the sender list into the BCC list.
