    Have a key ID, where do I get the recovery key? And all I have on the screen is a numeric key board

    What do you mean by key ID?

    What do you mean by recovery key?

    Are you referring to product key?

    What you are looking for it?

    Are your refering to a BitLocker recovery Key ID?  If so you need to speak to the MBAM Administrator to issue the recovery Key.
