Exchange 2010 Queue Not Processing - Need Help RRS feed

  • Users reported to me that they are not receiving emails either from internal or external users and when they send emails they are not arriving.  The Outlook clients connect perfectly fine with the Exchange 2010 server.  When they send emails they disappear into the Sent Items folder.

    After looking at the server in EMC/Toobox/Queue viewer I see all of the messages and Status is "Ready" but nothing is flowing.  I tried restarting the server and services but still nothing.  What is going on?

  • Anything in the eventvwr app logs? I would suggest possibly recreating the queue DB but really need to get some more diagnostic info first.

    Also explain your environment, how many Exchange servers, cas, and setup.
