Skype for business server 2015 - a problem with the creation of some users' accounts RRS feed

  • Hello,

    When we try to create some of the new user's account we get a statement -

    We created a new admin account but it's not still working when we want to create some ofe the new skype accounts. Please help.

    Did you check inheritance in the security tab of the users account?   Are you a member of the CSAdministrator group or CSUserAdministrator?

    You should be able to do it from administrative powershell per: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/2466000/lync-server-control-panel-returns-that-error-insufficient-access-right

    Or GUI  per:
