A couple of questions need your clarification:
Which DVD burner software are you using?
Did you receive any error message? What is the exact wording?
What does “sometimes” mean? Does it work before?
What is the make and model of your PC especially the DVD drive? Please make sure obtain the latest firmware update and latest driver.
If any third party codec is installed, please remove it and check the result.
