Deploy SCCM console in a demo mode on Windows 10

Hello - I am doing custom C# work for a client who is requesting a plugin to launch a separate application from the SCCM console. The sccm console is to be running on Windows 10. How can I get only SCCM console running in a "demo mode" or "canned mode" without having to install all the entire configuration of SCCM/SQL/Domain Name server back end system.

You can install the console anywhere you want (assuming you are properly licensed) however it won't function at all unless you actually connect to a functioning ConfigMgr site. There's no such thing as a demo mode to my knowledge. No connection to a real site = no console functionality.

As Jason mentioned, you have to install all the entire configuration.
