Update to 1607 through update catalog RRS feed

  • General discussion

  • Is there a way to update from 1511 to 1607 through the update catalog. None of my systems are on an unclassed network and have to be updated manually. What is the MS or KB# that will let me do this.

    1. Here is the first cumulative update which will bring you from version 1511 to version 1607.
    Microsoft Update Catalog. KB3176929
    https://catalog.update.microsoft.com/v7/site/Search.aspx?q=KB3176929.

For 64-bit OS, use the 2nd LAST one on the list.
For 32-bit OS, use the LAST one on the list.

Adding............ I don't know for certain, perhaps you can use the same MS Update Catalog, enter KB3200970. See if you can download and install it. If you can, it will update your OS build to Win 10 version 1607 OS Build 14393.447 which is the most current build #.

    2. Here is the complete up-to-date Microsoft Update History:
