FRx32.OFSIMain.CheckOFSIConnection 40002: Unable to connect to database. RRS feed

  • I have a user in our office that received the error message in the subject line when trying to login to FRx 6.7 on her computer.  The user is able to successfully login to FRx 6.7 on another workstation on the network without this error message.  An uninstall/reinstall of the software on her computer did not resolve the issue.  I performed the troubleshooting steps from the following support cases, which also did not resolve the issue:


    The user's computer is running Windows 7 Professional, 64-bit version.  Other users are running FRx 6.7 on this version of Windows in the office without issue.  I'm out of ideas at this point.  Any suggestions.
