Exchange 2013 Managed Folder Assistant RRS feed

  • Question

  • Is there a way to configure the Managed Folder Assistant to send a summary email to each user after their mailbox is processed rather than just moving their mail and not telling them.

    Thanks

  • Maybe if you throw enough money Microsoft's way they'll add that feature.

  • Hi,

Unfortunately no. Actually, the Managed Folder Assistant processed all mailboxes within one day by default. If you configured ManagedFolderAssistantSchedule for mailbox server, perhaps you can send regular email to all users according to the scheduled time.

    Best Regards.
