hi guys

i have a problem i cant solve it ,i install wsus 6.3 and it synchronize successfully but still downloaded is 0.00MB in addition i have error 364 which contains :

Content file download failed.
Reason: The operation timed out

Source File: /msdownload/update/v5/eula/officefilevalidation_eula_ja-jp-950bcb06-a2aa-4b25-bae4-2c198be23859.txt
Destination File: C:\WSUS Storage\WsusContent\4E\96BE8DCAE83C069BD4F3E08617DFFCA96152844E.txt

what should i do ? i turned firewall off

another things i have to say is that i run wsus on windows 2012 r2 on virtual machine

help me please!
