Skype Error - Server Error in '/WebTicket' Application. RRS feed

  • Mobile skype is not working internal or external, users are not able to login  Laptops\desktops users are able to sign in.

    I get the following err when going to the above url

    Could you give me some error message when you can’t sign in the SFB mobile client?

    Your SFB mobile can’t working internal or the external, please check the following the setting

    1. Please read the following document for deploying Mobility in skype for business server to check the Mobility deployment(especially Internal web service and External web service FQDN)

    2. Please check the setting of lyncdiscover.domain.com

    On internal DNS lyncdiscover should be lyncdiscoverinternal.domain.com and point to the local IP of Lync front end

    On public it should be lyncdiscover.doman.com and pointing to your TMG's public IP and on TMG it should be reversing to Lync Front end's Internal IP but you should use public domain name on TMG rule.

     

    3. Please check the certificate

    Front End Pool Certificate

    Description

    Subject alternative name entry

    Internal Autodiscover Service URL

    SAN=lyncdiscoverinternal.contoso.com

    External Autodiscover Service URL

    SAN=lyncdiscover.contoso.com

    Note: Alternatively, you can use SAN= *.contoso.com

    Reverse Proxy (Public CA) Certificate(3rd part and not self sign or signed by internal CA.)

    Description

    Subject alternative name entry

    External Autodiscover Service URL

    SAN=lyncdiscover.contoso.com

    Note: Assign this certificate to the SSL Listener on the reverse proxy.

    Based on your Server Error in '/WebTicket' Application, you could reset the IIS by this cmd “iisreset” ,in the Lync management shell, ran: enable-cscomputer.
